About this role

About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven AI Lead to own our company-wide AI transformation. You will be the central expert and enabler who ensures that AI is not only understood, but effectively integrated into our daily workflows across every department. As AI Lead, you sit at the heart of our transformation. Department leads and their teams will surface opportunities and requirements from the field. The Operations Team will structure the architecture of integrations and translate business needs into technical blueprints. You will then take those blueprints and drive execution: managing a remote team of AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and other specialists to build and deploy solutions that deliver real impact.
