The Director, Ops Services will guide New Restaurant Openings, Training Rollouts, Learning & Development, and oversee our Infinite Kitchen experience. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires considerable training and operations experience.

Guide cross-functional and operations readiness for New Restaurant Openings and Remodels to ensure great guest and team member experiences; enable use of new technology and processes to drive stronger openings and team member engagement
