Compensation Range $110,500.00 - $165,700.00 Annual Salary Job Description Summary: Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of design activities for assigned design-build projects, ensuring design partners fulfill all contractual obligations across pursuit, preconstruction, and construction phases. Integrates support services (including VDC, MEP, scheduling) and leverages self-perform capabilities to enhance design development and project outcomes. Serves as the primary liaison between the Owner, design team, and construction team to ensure alignment on scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
