Nous ouvrons un poste d’ IT Officer Support Applicatif L2/L3 e-Banking pour renforcer l’équipe de notre client basé à Genève . Dans un environnement bancaire exigeant, vous contribuerez à la disponibilité, à la stabilité et à l’amélioration continue des plateformes digitales destinées aux utilisateurs finaux, tant sur le web que sur mobile. Responsabilités du poste Assurer le support applicatif de niveaux 2 et 3 sur les solutions e-Banking et garantir une prise en charge efficace des incidents et demandes complexes. Réaliser des analyses approfondies afin d’identifier les causes des dysfonctionnements au sein d’architectures techniques multi-couches.…
