In this role, you’ll lead our remuneration and benefits, strategy, ensuring we remain competitive, equitable, and insight driven. You’ll evolve our compensation and benefits framework, ensure compliance, and use data to support better decision-making across the business. This role reports to the Talent Manager and works with stakeholders including closely with our Chief People Officer, Senior Leaders and People Partners, you’ll bring a commercial mindset and practical approach to everything you do.
