About this role

Deine Aufgaben Kompetente Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden im 2nd und 3rd Level Support (telefonisch, per E-Mail und remote) mit Hilfe standardisierter Verfahren Planung, Aufbau und Betrieb von IMAC-Aufgaben (Installation, Move, Add, Change) für IT- und Endgeräte Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei Installationen und Einbettung in die vorhandene IT-Struktur in unseren Datacentern und bei Bedarf vor Ort Installation und Wartung von Microsoft Server Produkten (Windows Server, SQL-Server, Exchange, Internet Information Services, etc.) und dem Citrix Produktportfolio (z .B Virtual Apps and Desktop, Netscaler), sowie der eigenen Softwarelösungen Wartung und Überwachung unserer Internetanbindungen, sowie der damit zusammenhängenden Firewall-, VPN- und Router Systeme Dein Profil Erfolgreich abgeschl…
