About the Role This is a deliberate growth role — one that Synapse Analytics is building from the ground up to develop a specialist at the intersection of client delivery, risk policy, and AI-powered financial analysis. As a Junior Risk & Delivery Analyst, you will sit within the Delivery & Success team and work directly under the Senior Risk Analysis SME, gaining structured, hands-on exposure to both project delivery and the analytical world of banking credit and risk policy. On one side of this role, you will learn to translate client credit and risk policies into structured configurations within Konan — Synapse's proprietary AI decision-making platform — building the technical fluency to turn a bank's underwriting logic into a working, testable implementation.…
