Job Description: Job Title: Manager, Controllership – Reconciliation (L08) Organizational Overview The Controllership organization oversees Synchrony’s day-to-day accounting operations and related governance activities. Core responsibilities include cash accounting, general ledger accounting, client accounting, account reconciliations, period-end close and financial reporting, accounting system maintenance, and control/governance sub-processes.
