About this role

Role Summary/Purpose: Primarily, this role leads and manages three distinctive sales support teams that include Client Reporting, Promo Support, Merchant Quality Assurance and Merchant Experience Sales Support (MESS). This role will partner with our Client Development Sales teams, Cross- functional and Merchant Experience Leaders to ensure the execution of all sales support activities in Home, Auto & Lifestyles. The role will hire, mentor, and coach sales support team members to ensure operational execution across our business processes.
