About this role

Role Summary/Purpose: As the VP, HR – Operations, you’ll serve as a business partner for assigned clients within the Operations Servicing organization, specifically for Charlotte and Kansas City. This position plays a key role with business clients as a strategic partner, change management leader, and employee advocate. You will collaborate with stakeholders and foster a culture of communication and listening to help drive results for high-performance teams, an inclusive culture, and a positive employee experience. Additionally, this role will partner with Hub leadership teams to support hub wide initiatives and drive engagement in Charlotte, NC and will own Hub HRM responsibilities in Kansas City, MO.…
