About this role

Job Summary Synechron is seeking a Business Analyst to support the design, integration, and optimization of enterprise payment clearing systems. The role will translate business requirements into payment flows, functional specifications, user stories, data mappings, and clearing workflows. The position will contribute to accurate, compliant, and efficient processing across domestic, cross-border, wire, ACH, real-time, instant, and SWIFT payment rails. Software Requirements Required JIRA and Confluence: Experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery and maintaining requirements documentation. Postman: Experience testing and validating payment APIs. SQL: Ability to query and analyze payment, transaction, and reconciliation data.…
