1. Core Technical Requirements Must-Have Skills Strong and recent experience in React is the top priority. Candidates with only historical React exposure (e.g., 4-5 years ago) are not preferred. Full-stack experience with React and .NET/C# is highly desirable. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines , particularly GitHub Actions and deployment workflows. Experience with cloud technologies , preferably AWS, though experience with other cloud platforms is acceptable if candidates understand cloud fundamentals and containerized deployments. Exposure to Docker/containerization . Nice-to-Have Skills Next.js experience. Strong React candidates can learn Next.js if needed. Experience with Python alongside .NET.
