Job Summary Synechron is seeking a Scrum Master / Enterprise Agile Coach to lead enterprise-wide Agile transformations, mentor multiple Scrum teams and Agile practitioners, and support a high-performance, self-organizing culture. The role is responsible for driving organizational agility, scaling Agile practices across cross-functional organizations, removing systemic blockers, and aligning software delivery with strategic business value.
