Job Purpose: The HR Specialist is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, HRIS management, compliance, and employee services. This role also leverages AI-enabled solutions and digital tools to enhance HR efficiency, data insights, and employee experience. Responsibilities: 1. Payroll & Compliance Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory and company requirements. Prepare regular payroll reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), including tax filings and statutory contributions. Support payroll data consolidation, bonus processing, and statutory payments. Assist in payroll reconciliation, audits, and month-end closing activities (e.g. accruals, GL support).…
