About this role

岗位职责： 1. 参与软件的设计与开发，能独立或主导模块 / 功能的设计与实现。 2. 在软件产品实施过程中，参与功能需求书撰写与评审、开发与集成测试，确保项目按时按质完成交付。 3. 对系统出现的问题能及时修改及完善，具备线上问题排查、根因分析与修复能力。 4. 参与或主导代码重构、技术债务识别与治理，提升代码可维护性与长期质量。 5. 不断熟悉和掌握新的业务知识与新技术，保持技术竞争力。 6. 熟练使用 AI 工具做需求分析，代码生成和代码审核。任职要求： 1. 正规院校计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历， 2 年及以上工作经验。 2. 有 Vibe Coding 经验，能流畅并且安全使用 AI 工具。 3. 精通 Java 基础，有分布式应用开发经验。 4. 熟悉 Spring MVC 、 Spring Boot 、 Hibernate/MyBatis 等常用框架。 5. 熟悉 Oracle/MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库；有 SQL 优化经验和 NoSQL 应用经验者优先。 6. 熟悉 Git ，熟悉 CI/CD 。 7. 熟悉 Linux 常用命令，熟悉 Docker 和 K8S 。 8. 工作积极主动、有责任心，具有良好的团队精神，具备跨团队沟通协作能力。 9. 普通话标准，英语四级及以上，能熟练阅读和使用英文进行沟通。优先考虑：有 AI 开发项目经验者。 At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.…
