JOB DESCRIPTION Role: So, what's the job? Some call it Order Selector, but we like to say you're an Industrial Athlete. You know how in sports, players go all out for a short time? Like how a football player busts it out for four quarters? Well, you, our Industrial Athlete, keep that energy going for a solid 10 hours, four days a week. As our star player, you'll be handling about 1,500 cases every shift. And these aren't feather-light, either; they're anywhere from 30 to a hefty 72 pounds. Expect a workout: you'll be walking, stretching, bending, and generally moving around. Think of it this way: you'll cover more than 10 kilometers in one day, just doing your job!
