Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Besetzung von Sales-Rollen – vom Einstieg bis zur Führungsebene. Dafür gehst du aktiv auf passende Kandidat:innen zu, baust belastbare Talent-Netzwerke auf und steuerst den Recruiting-Prozess von der ersten Ansprache bis zur Übergabe ins Onboarding. Ergänzend besetzt du Rollen in Redaktion, Marketing, Tech/Produkt und Finance. Du verantwortest den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess: von der Stellenausschreibung und Vorauswahl über Interviews und Angebotsverhandlungen bis zur Vertragsabstimmung und Onboarding-Übergabe.…
