As an HR Business Process Analyst on the People Analytics team in our Gurgaon office, you will be at the core of our HR Shared Service Center (SSC) transformation: mapping and improving processes, deploying AI to reduce manual work, and helping the SSC evolve from a back-office transaction hub into a strategic, business-facing function.
