As a Salesforce Business Analyst on the Information Systems team in our New York office, you’ll play a vital role in partnering closely with Sales and Account Management teams to design, configure, and improve scalable CRM workflows and business systems solutions. This role combines business process analysis, solution design, and hands-on system implementation to help our global revenue organization operate more efficiently and effectively.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
2–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Implementer with a deep understanding of the platform.
