Job Title: Registered Nurse (NICU) Job Code: NUR-002 Department: Nursing Services Your Impact 100% of neonates receive an individualized, physician-aligned care plan 100% of high-risk newborns monitored per NICU protocol (vitals, feeding, respiratory support) Seamless coordination across admission, stabilization, and discharge/transfer processes Active contribution to program KPI tracking, audits, and quality initiatives What you will do Neonatal Assessment: Assess newborns' condition, monitor vital signs and developmental status, and develop individualized care plans.
