本ポジションの役割
Tech Lead、UX DesignerやDeveloperと協業し、解決案をTailor Platformを利用した製品として具現化するデリバリープロセス全体に責任を持ちます。
一連のプロダクトマネジメントを通じ、Tailor PlatformおよびProfessional Serviceの価値を最大限進化させます。
初期フェーズにあるため、自らの適性や志望に合わせて大きな裁量や自由度をもって、機能横断的に仕事をして頂けます。
具体的な職務内容
- ロードマップ作成
- 要件定義
- スプリントの運営
- 対クライアントの会議資料の作成・整理
開発環境
- ミドルウェア：Cloud Pub/Sub, MongoDB, Cloud Storage, Okta, Tailor Platform
- 監視：Datadog
- 環境構築関連：Docker, docker-compose, Terraform
- データ解析関連：Cloud logging
- 言語：TypeScript, GO, CUE, cel-go
- フレームワーク等：Next,js, Playwright, vitest
- そのほか：GitHub Copilot, WebStorm, GoLand
必須要件
- プロジェクトマネージャーとしての実務経験（2年以上）
- 大規模なシステム開発プロジェクトに携わった経験
- インタビューやデータ分析を通し、クライアントの課題を発見・分析し、要件に落とし込むスキル
- 関係者を巻き込み、動かすためのコミュニケーションスキル
- オーナーシップを持ち、開発プロジェクトを推進した経験
- 開発エンジニアと競業し、機能をローンチした経験…
