Brunner Island power plant in York Haven Pennsylvania has an opportunity available for position Coal Equipment Operator Level II. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Duties include but are not limited to: Determines amount of coal to be placed in bunkers and informs proper associate. Observes continuous travel of material; recognizes and removes foreign material and prevents blocking of conveyor. Regulates the flow of coal into proper bunkers by operating such regulating equipment as: conveyors, regulator gates, stacker belts, tripper, crushers, screens, magnetic pulleys and other auxiliary equipment. Examines and checks conveyor belt alignment, idlers and belt pulleys. Keeps necessary records, such as: name of shipper, car number, weight and whether coal is stored or used immediately.…
