About this role
Duties will include pump alignments, overhauling, calibrating, welding work as required including, but not limited to, the following: • Diagnoses and repairs the cause of mechanical equipment malfunctions such as pumps, valves, fans, piping, structures, tools, etc. Reviews oil analysis and vibration data and alerts manager of out of limit trends. • Install new mechanical equipment as required. • Properly use mechanical testing equipment and other similar tools. • Perform (with assistance as needed) the maintenance of equipment by cleaning, adjusting, tightening, performing preventative maintenance or corrective maintenance and identifying equipment in need of corrective maintenance. Writes, submits, and clears corrective work orders for approval.…
