About this role
Talen Energy is seeking an Accountant that will be reporting to the Accounting Manager and based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The Accountant is a critical member of the plant operations accounting team performing the accounting, reporting, and analysis of various PJM fossil and nuclear plant activities, as well as supporting the development and application of US GAAP accounting policies and maintaining internal controls. This position is responsible for accounting activity related to margins, capital projects, operating expense, and various balance sheet accounts.
