About this role
Working under the direction of the Training support supervisor, the incumbent will serve as an individual contributor and advocate for Susquehanna Nuclear LLC's performance improvement programs in the Training Department. This position will also serve as the Training Department’s Training Coordinator. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Acts as the responsibility centers’ point of contact for the Corrective Action Program (CAP) issues and implementation. This includes: • Maintains a thorough working knowledge of the CAP process. • Monitor the timely processing of condition reports, corrective actions, action reports, department actions and observations within their work group(s).…
