About this role

· Design and develop mechanical structures and components for autonomous robotic platforms using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD). · Perform structural analysis (e.g., FEA), thermal analysis, and material selection for robotic components. · Analyze robotic kinematics and dynamics to inform mechanical design and ensure system stability and performance, particularly for aerial platforms. · Design and integrate actuation systems (motors, gearboxes, linkages) and custom end-effectors or payloads. · Prototype and manufacture components using techniques such as 3D printing, CNC machining, molding, and sheet metal fabrication. · Oversee the assembly and physical integration of robotic systems.…
