About this role

As a Business Insights Partner within the Store Insights team in Store Operations, you will use data, analytics, and process improvement methodologies to uncover insights and identify opportunities that simplify store operations, improve processes, and enhance the Store Team Member experience. Analyse operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and emerging issues, identify performance gaps and key drivers, and deliver actionable insights that improve business outcomes and the Store Team Member experience.
