Job Summary: B Shift/ Night Shift The Quality Inspector I job requires you to perform routine inspection and/or testing in three of the following Departments/Areas: Coating, Tufting, Logos, Graphics Tufting or Lab. This job involves visually checking raw materials, products at different stages of production, and finished products. You'll also make simple measurements and ensure all records are accurate. Key Responsibilities: Coating: Inspect turf during coating process (face and back) for defects. Measure roll width, pile height, tuft binds, and record data accordingly. Place quality holds on defective rolls. Prepare samples for lab testing and 3rd party testing. Tufting: Perform routine inspections, creel verifications; communicate and record any findings.…
