Job Summary: ALC Location The Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Lead is responsible for directing the daily activities of the shipping and receiving team. The role includes assisting the W arehouse S upervisor in leading and managing a team of warehouse associates , overseeing their day-to-day activities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner . Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to the designated shift Ability to motivate the team in meeting the demands established by the schedule Coordinate with Managers and Leads of various departments to assure daily needs are being met Assure all clerical duties are performed daily, including proper receipt and filings Prepare BOLs , p ick d ocs .
