Als Teamleader Project & Engineering geef je richting aan het Process Improvement Team (PIT) en werk je samen met je team aan projecten die onze productieomgeving veiliger, efficiënter, duurzamer en digitaler maken. Je combineert technische expertise met leiderschap en zorgt ervoor dat verbeter- en investeringsprojecten succesvol worden gerealiseerd. Je komt terecht in een dynamische productieomgeving waar innovatie, continue verbetering en samenwerking centraal staan. Een greep uit je takenpakket: Je stuurt een team aan van 4 Proces/Project/Data Engineers en ondersteunt hen in hun ontwikkeling en dagelijkse werking.
