About this role

Job Summary Tarkett is looking for an experienced and strategic manufacturing Training Coordinator to join our growing team at the Middlefield, Ohio plant. In this role, you'll lead training activities across the site and help shape the annual training strategy for Safety, World Class Manufacturing (WCM), and general plant operations, selecting and designing the training methods and materials that keep our workforce skilled, safe, and ready to grow. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Training Strategy & Program Management Develop, implement, and continuously improve the plant's training strategy and annual training plan.
