About the Role: tarte cosmetics is looking for a Affiliate Creator Community Manager to help take our rapidly growing creator affiliate program to the next level. This role will own the day-to-day strategy and management of our affiliate creator communities, with a particular focus on TikTok Shop, Discord and Lark. We’re looking for someone who understands that a best-in-class affiliate program is about more than recruiting creators; it’s about creating a community people genuinely want to be part of. The ideal candidate is deeply plugged into the creator and affiliate ecosystem, understands what motivates creators to post and sell, and knows how to turn community engagement into action.…
