About this role

Key points and objectives of the position QM China Hub is responsible for consolidating and further developing central quality management functions in China, while representing Mercedes-Benz AG in supporting BBAC quality management departments. Field and Concept Quality China safeguards CBU and PbP carline quality by providing market transparency through quality field sensors, steering quality KPIs and enabling structured issue resolution. In addition, the team strategically strengthens customer-perceived quality from the early product phase by governing China-specific concept quality evaluation and translating market insights, big data and customer feedback into actionable product-concept recommendations.
