Purchasing Manager -Buyers

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Buyer Manager reports to the Assistant Director of Purchasing and is responsible for all sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and Buyer personnel activities. Major objectives include ensuring timely procurement of materials, supplier performance, cost management, and support of project schedules. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide leadership and direct supervision of Buyers, including goal setting and tracking. Monitor and drive performance against procurement goals and KPIs.
