About the Role: The Ingredient R&D Scientist will conduct hands-on research to support the development of novel food ingredients and bioactives produced through fermentation processes . The role will focus on downstream processing, recovery, and purification, helping to translate fermentation outputs into high-quality ingredient products. As part of the Biotransformation team, the scientist will design and execute experiments, analyze data, troubleshoot process challenges, and collaborate with colleagues to advance new product development and process improvement opportunities.
