Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Middleware Support Engineer to provide operational support for enterprise middleware and API management platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical integration services built on IBM middleware technologies. As part of a 24x7 production support organization , the engineer will lead complex incident resolution, perform advanced troubleshooting, monitor middleware platforms, and collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to deliver highly available integration services.
