A key position within the WS Hardgoods team responsible for leading revenue growth and driving sell-through improvement for assigned accounts. This role creates sustainable growth by developing and executing account strategies, as well as driving VMD, inventory management, and product merchandising initiatives. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: Develop account-specific business plans by setting sell-through and sell-in targets for assigned accounts, and drive alignment and execution in collaboration with key customers.
