Job Description Summary As a Build to Rent (BTR) Land Acquisition and Entitlements Director working for Taylor Morrison you will be responsible for understanding and executing all components of the land acquisition and entitlement planning processes applicable to higher-density BTR developments ensuring a smooth handoff of projects to the land development and vertical construction team. The “hybrid” communities include smaller single-family homes built in a multi-family apartment-style setting.
