Job Description Summary The Post Closer - Collateral Specialist I is responsible for logging in closing packages, generating Allonges, preparing the collateral packages and shipping them to the appropriate warehouse bank as well as communicating with title companies for outstanding documents and/or corrections. The goals of this position are to retrieve and distribute reports, monitor investor websites for suspense conditions/updates, assist Collateral Specialist II with logging in daily incoming closed loan files and preparing collateral packages for shipment the day of receipt. The Collateral Specialist I must be able to handle high volume during peak times of the month and be available for overtime when necessary to meet deadlines.…
