About the role We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and help shape how tbi bank connects with customers across digital and offline channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into execution, from social media campaigns and website content to brand communication, consumer insights, and performance reporting. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead, Creative, Performance, Sales, and wider business teams to ensure our communication is relevant, consistent, and aligned with our commercial objectives.
