Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Determines solutions for complex issues presented by Mortgage Loan Officers 2. Coordinate, develop and manage all origination activities, processes, policies and procedures to support department objectives. 3. Manage daily production and quality expectations to achieve monthly business goals and quality service levels. 4. Participates in the deployment of new lending products and processes. 5. Leads change 6. Responsible for coaching and motivating the origination staff to achieve set production goals. 7. Proactively develops and maintains good relationships with other TDECU lines of business and external referral sources such as Realtors and Builders.…
