TDS Global Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing global customer experience and business process outsourcing organization seeking a strategic and commercially minded Practice Lead focused on the Automotive and Auto Finance sector. This is a highly visible leadership role designed for an industry expert who can combine deep domain knowledge with strategic account growth, executive relationship management, and solution-oriented leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong experience supporting Automotive and/or Auto Finance clients within customer operations, servicing, lending, collections, or related environments and understands how to drive growth within complex enterprise relationships.
