Position Summary To advance Teach For All’s 25-year vision , we are seeking a Global Lead Recruitment, Selection, & Matriculation (RSM) to advance recruitment and selection practices globally. While this role contributes to network partners worldwide, it includes a particular emphasis on supporting and strengthening RSM practices across Asia Pacific. Success in this role means that Teach For All network partner staff have the necessary learning experiences, tools, connections, and resources to build strong recruitment, selection, and outreach strategies in order to build strong brands and to attract diverse cohorts of leaders to the program.
