About this role

Team Medical are recruiting a Care Coordinator to join their friendly in Southampton. This role will be based at our Southampton Offices in Redbridge. The office hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30..finishing at 17:00 on Fridays. Main Duties: · Ensuring schedules are planned ahead for the following month. Filling unallocated shifts, developing a template of shift patterns for the staff. Good IT knowledge is a advantage. · Matching the skills of our staff with the needs of our clients. · Liaising with external organisations, clients and their families, having empathy and understanding their needs. · Excellent telephone manner and communication skills are a must.…
