About this role

En bref Picnic grandit vite, et notre centre de préparation de commandes de Fretin a besoin de pilotes pour porter cette ambition. En tant que Captain, tu n'es pas juste un(e) chef(fe) d'équipe : tu es le moteur de l'entrepôt. Ton défi ? Manager environ 20 Shoppers (préparateur(rice)s de commandes) en direct, garantir une sécurité totale et transformer chaque shift en succès collectif avec +100 Shoppers sur le terrain. Si tu aimes l'action et que tu sais fédérer une équipe dans la bonne humeur, ce rôle est pour toi. Tes missions Manager et coacher ton équipe : Tu supervises une vingtaine de Shoppers au quotidien, en veillant à leur motivation, leur sécurité et au respect des bonnes pratiques.…
