About this role
The Clinical Support Managers is a qualified registered nurse with the ability to oversee and coordinate provision of clinical activities for a designated group of patients and staff. Reports To: Director of Nursing Duties/Responsibilities: Develops, supervises, and evaluates a group of qualified clinicians and caregivers to deliver clinical excellence in a patient-centered manner. Assists with the analysis and evaluation of adherence to clinical standards and Best Practices. Achieves goals as assigned regarding staffing, productivity, outcomes, QAPI and care coordination.
