We're scaling fast, navigating M&A activity, and building toward significant financial milestones. The accounting function needs to keep pace — and that means bringing in a Controller who can own it.
THE ROLE
- Own the monthly close process end-to-end — identify opportunities to make it faster and more accurate, then execute on them
- Lead all accounting workstreams through M&A activity, including purchase accounting (ASC 805), opening balance sheets, and financial integration — this is active, recurring work across multiple deals, not a one-time event…
