About this role

A large academic health system is seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Team Lead to oversee a team of six while remaining hands-on with Radiant build and configuration. The role will be approximately 50% team leadership and 50% hands-on technical/build work. Location: Remote – Must work PST hours Duration: 6-month initial contract with extensions anticipated through 12/31/2027 Pay Rate: $90/hour on W2 Travel: Minimal; approximately 1–2 trips per year for up to one week Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of six. Manage team priorities, workload, escalations, and deliverables. Spend approximately 50% of the role performing hands-on Radiant build, configuration, and technical support.
