Assist in preparing operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations. Support the development and maintenance of Management Information System (MIS) reports. Analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel to identify trends and support decision-making. Create and update business process documentation, flowcharts, and SOPs. Develop business process diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or Lucidchart. Prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint) for internal meetings and management reviews. Support operational improvement initiatives and process optimization projects. Coordinate with different departments to collect operational data and documentation.
