About this role

Design plantation layouts for optimal use of space, sun exposure, and water resources, ensuring that all areas support high palm trees productivity. Implement strategies to maximize palm yield, including soil enrichment, crop rotation, and pest management practices. Conduct soil tests and oversee fertilizer application to maintain soil fertility and nutrient levels specific to Palm plant needs. Establish and monitor pest and disease management protocols, including the application of integrated pest management (IPM) strategies. Ensure the plantation adheres to industry certifications, local laws, and best practices for ethical and sustainable palm production. Manage multiple challenging projects, analyze & propose business models. Assess current state and define business solutions.…
